NordVPN is the all-rounder most people should start with. Its NordLynx protocol (built on WireGuard) is fast enough for 4K streaming, the no-logs policy has been checked by outside auditors several times, and the Threat Protection feature blocks ads, trackers and malicious domains before they load, which matters on ad-heavy free tube sites.
The apps are polished on every platform and a single plan covers several devices. The catch is pricing: the long plans are cheap, but renewals jump to a much higher rate and the checkout pushes add-ons hard.
