Review
SpicyChat is a character roleplay platform with a massive library of community-created bots across every genre, from romance to fantasy adventures. You can also build your own characters with custom personalities and scenarios.
Its community guidelines require every story to involve adults only and prohibit real-person imagery, composites and deepfakes. The free tier is usable but has queues and shorter memory; paid tiers unlock better models and longer context.
Pros
- Enormous character library
- Create your own bots
- Generous free tier
Cons
- Quality of community bots varies
- Free tier has queues and limits
Best for: Text roleplay fans who like variety.
